Since last update we have dug a trench and laid power cables, waste pipe and water pipe up to the workshop. I have also applied a damp-proofing membrane on the floor.
The trench needed some depth to be able to get the correct angle for the waste pipe.
In the end we filled the trench with shingle.
You can’t notice a thing:D
I have also put down damp-proofing membrane on the concrete floor.
Next will be fitting a new floor frame and insulation. The project will hopefully start picking up speed now:)

I’m jealous! It is looking fantastic!
But where will you park the Corvair? An unusual car in the states, must be one-off over there.
Corvair is in the garage;) I have yet to see another one on the road…
