Scott is a passionate student and historian of vintage watches, and modest collector. His professional training in engineering, economics and law have instilled an appreciation for watchmaking’s technical, historical and artistic attributes. A native of Los Angeles, Scott currently practices international environmental law from his offices in LA and Washington DC, and travels frequently to numerous international jurisdictions including South Korea and other destinations across East Asia and the Americas, Africa, the EU and the UK.
