Cyma is probably one of the most underappreciated brands out there! Their in-house movements are of very high quality and they have some very interesting designs! This watch is in need of a service.

The watch is ticking, but loosing a lot of time.

Now that is a beautiful movement! Dirt in the jewel holes, but other than that very nice.

Here you can see that winding/setting mechanism.

Here you can see the gear train with the bridges removed.

Dirty mainspring.

Movement cleaned and ready to be put back together.

Mainspring in the barrel

I have put the cap jewels back in place and can see that the balance is moving freely.

Gear train going back in place.

Winding/setting mechanisms back in place.

Very nice dial with an unusual starburst pattern originating from the Cyma logo.

The lead gasket and lack of service marks makes me wonder if I’m the first person to service this watch?

Movement goes back into the case looking like new.

Very elegant design that stands out from the crowd.

Nice looking watch!
