As you can see in the video it’s easy to be fooled by someone with foul intent. This fake was made sometime in the late 1960’s to early 70’s and looks quite convincing to the untrained eye. But a closer look at the movement and fine details you can see its not a genuine Omega.
The first give away is the text on the dial. No Omega has Resort Incassable antimagnetic on the dial. Secondly you can see the wonky low quality Omega logo.
When you open the case back, don’t be fooled by the Omega lettering. It’s not an Omega movement. It’s a Lorsa calibre 238. Something Omega never used. At this point we know there is not a single screw in this watch that has anything to do with Omega. Case closed.
